Pizza Fundraiser
Pizza Fundraiser
GHV Spanish students will be traveling to Spain and Italy in June of 2023. A group fundraising event will be held at Wildfire Pizza in Ventura on Sunday, October 16 from 4-9 pm. Come and enjoy a pizza buffet, cash bar, and a raffle for prizes. Free-will donations are greatly appreciated. Please help support our GHV students traveling to Spain and Italy. Gracias!
 
No School October 3
No School October 3
Please remember that GHV students will not have school on Monday, October 3, 2022, due to staff professional development. Extra-curricular activities and practices will be held as usual on that date. Future "no school" days for staff professional development include November 28, January 3, February 20, and April 10.
 
School Board Meetings
School Board Meetings
Garner-Hayfield-Ventura School Board meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 pm in the GHV High School library. Visitors are welcome to attend. The next regular school board meeting is Monday, October 10, 2022.
 
Substitute Staff Needed
Substitute Staff Needed
Garner-Hayfield-Ventura CSD is looking for teacher, paraprofessional and custodial substitutes. For a paraprofessional substitute, no specific certification is required. We invite any age, male or female, to apply. Hours will vary depending on which area you are subbing. If you think this could be for you, please call and inquire at any of our buildings.
